Will Obama Adopt a 'Wealth Tax' to Avoid Default?

GMU economist Arnold Kling looks down the road and wonders how America is going to deal with its epic mountain of debt: “Other countries that have defaulted have not had the option of enacting wealth taxes.” Let’s ask the reverse question: Is there any reason to expect that this White House wouldn’t consider it?
