Accused $8Bn Swindler Stanford Found in Virginia

Billionaire Stanford, accused of swindling more than 50k people in investment scheme, was finally located in Fredericksburg, VA after he sought to end nationwide manhunt by contacting Justice Dept. His assets were frozen, his passport taken, and his six private jets impounded, but no criminal charges have been filed, so he remains free.
