The mayor of Portland first denies, gets elected, then admits to having sex with an aide 25 years his junior. Complicating factor: he’s gay. Further complicating factor: the aide was underage. But Portland can’t decide if keeping him means they have a double standard, or getting rid of him would make them look like bigots.
