Dalai Lama Says Tibet "Hell on Earth"

DHARMSALA — Chinese rule in Tibet has created a “hell on earth” that has caused the deaths of hundreds of thousands of Tibetans, the Dalai Lama said Tuesday in a speech to mark the 50th anniversary of the failed uprising that sent him into exile.
