California Supreme Court Upholds Proposition 8, Existing Same Sex Marriages Will Stand

As expected, the California Supreme Court finds in favor of the constitutionality of the much-assaulted Proposition 8, while allowing those same sex couples who married between May and November last year to retain their legal status. The issue will now move to another proposition and another court case. Slow news day.
