The vehicle narrowly missed a bus carrying the royal family as it careered into the crowd before hitting a stone monument. The black Suzuki appeared to target the open bus, which was carrying Queen Beatrix and her family through the town of Apeldoorn, about 55 miles from Amsterdam, during the Queen’s Day festivities.
