Emanuel Pushes Immigration Policy Onto POTUS's Plate: It's Not Like There's Anything Else to Distract Him

Rahm Emanuel, in his wisdom, once said that “comprehensive immigration reform wouldn’t be considered until the second term of a Democratic president,” but is now pushing the issue onto the forefront of Obama’s policy agenda in an attempt to cement the Latino vote.
