A fascinating graphical presentation from USA Today points out an under-reported fact: that essentially the housing crisis exists only in 35 counties. SoCal, Vegas, Phoenix, Washington and South Florida have been hardest hit, but foreclosures in the rest of the country have actually dropped since 2006.
