President Obama’s statement here from Quincy, IL really cuts to the heart of what this is about — not making sure companies follow the law or that Wall Street is properly policed, but that, as he says, “at a certain point, you’ve made enough money.”
The Obamas, of course, earned $5.5 million in 2009, not counting the $1.4 million Nobel Prize, which was donated to charity.

This is a scary, off-teleprompter comment that should send a chill down your spine. How is it that ANYONE in Washington has the right to determine “….at a certain point, you've made enough money”? So how much is “enough” and who exactly is going to make that determination? How DARE he say something like this…
When once asked “How much money is enough money?” John D. Rockefeller replied, “Just a little bit more.”
Somewhere, Rockefeller is rolling in his grave…
Why is it that none of this garbage applies to the one who is applying it???????

So now Obama is going to put a “cap”on the amount of money that “average Joe”can make?And the idiots in the crowd generously applaud without realizing that HE IS TALKING ABOUT THEM.

CONTEXT: You are using the comment out of context …yes at a certian point wall street has made enough money off of the backs of middle America! It is about reform, but again, this is taken out of context just to bash President Obama…it is shameful and dumb. Anyone that can think and reason can see it…..if you disagree with me then you are blinded by the fact he is a BLACk President and you want to bring him down any way you can do it!
Oprah has made enough money…and Gates, and Soros….so they need to be stripped of it and it must be given to the illegals….
Were this the one and only time he made such a comment, you might be given a pass here. The fact is, he is a socialist, and is trying to force the country to become socialist by destroying what he can. There is no longer any doubt about that. This comment comes as no surprise. The only surprise is that he so often voices it now. His own monstrous ego will betray him in the end.

Who decides how much is too much? His Marxist idiology is showing. What about his backers: George Soros, Oprah Winfrey and the many mega stars of Hollywood? What about the 5.5 million his family made last year. Let's stop this bashing the American free interprise system. With the Bush tax cuts gone and the new taxes coming on…there will be fewer “millionaires” who want to start business and hire people. Who does he think provides jobs…people who don't aspire to make millions? Oh, that's right, his administration thinks the goverment should take from us and give to others, that they should provide all the jobs, own the banks, car companies and oil companies…

Once again…THE RACE CARD…when ever a blind supporter of Obama can't logically back up their point of view…it always comes down to he is a black president…Glad to see you are stuck back in the 60s! Be intelligent and come up with a solid arguement. Once you look into the facts, that jobs are created by people who make ” more than enough money” and that if we take(tax 50% or more) those peoples money, then we will be in a communistic state with no incentives for people to make money…(if you can't figure that out the answer is the more you make the more the government takes so why bother…)

These people who have earned “enough” money are the backbones of most of the charities in this country, and around the world. They're the people who build/renovate/donate hospitals, schools, libraries, homes, youth centers, day-care centers, academic scholarships…fund medical/pharmaceutical research….and give money away to the needy. If Obama does a sufficient job of bashing and punishing and taxing them enough…and these benefactors say “screw you” and stop donating — where are those funds going to come from? Maybe Mr. Obama should think twice before he opens his mouth.
