California Supreme Court Upholds Proposition 8, Existing Same Sex Marriages Will Stand

As expected, the California Supreme Court finds in favor of the constitutionality of the much-assaulted Proposition 8, while allowing those same sex couples who married between May and November last year to retain their legal status.
