The Wii Hits a Rough Patch: A Sign of the Economic Times, or Just a Bunch of Subpar Games?

After hot selling streak, the Nintendo Wii is cooling down. Since it’s a significantly underpowered and different machine from the PS3 and Xbox 360, games have to be built from scratch. Sony rules the Japan charts for the first time in 16 months, and the Wii is becoming viewed as “fool’s gold for third-party developers.”
