In Wake of Memo Release, CIA Employees Won't be Tried for Waterboarding – Probably

White House releases four memos detailing interrogation methods used against suspects, prompting uproar. They also gave “assurance that those CIA officials are in the clear, as long as their actions were in line with the legal advice at the time.” Former CIA Director Michael Hayden says administration has eliminated those methods just by releasing memos.
