Fallout Continues: Lewis Out as Chairman of Bank of America

“Bank of America said late Wednesday that its shareholders have voted to make the role of chairman at the bank independent, a rebuke to embattled Chief Executive Kenneth Lewis.” Lewis will stay on as CEO, and all 18 directors were re-elected. Scorekeepers: BAC’s stock has lost 75% of its value since the last annual meeting.
