As FOX News rules, MSNBC slips past CNN, whose “management disavows any struggles and says it is standing steadfast with its ‘no bias’ strategy.” In April, CNN ranked fourth: FNC had 668,000 viewers; MSNBC 300,000; CNN with only 271,000, behind HeadLineNews’ 277,000.
