Why Didn't the Administration Seek a Continuance?

Prompted by lefty blog talk, Marc Ambinder poses the question raised by Greenwald and others: why aren’t they rolling back the egregious steps of the previous administration on state secrets? The answer: they want to keep the state secrets privilege as an option when facing civil suits. Ah.
