Finally, DC Gets Taxation With Representation

D.C. will gain a voting Rep. in Congress thanks to a compromise that traded it for expanded gun rights in the District and a fourth seat in Utah (two things you were probably getting anyway: smart GOP!). It’s going to face a court challenge right away, because it turns out D.C. is not a state.
