Why the iPhone Still Won’t Win

>> It’s not that I dislike Apple - I like things that are well-designed, intuitive, compact - it’s that I dislike the cult of the Jesus Phone.  No brand should command such blind unflinching loyalty - can you imagine if there were as many pro-Puma or pro-Converse blogs as there are pro-Apple blogs? - and no CEO should command the kind of messianic following that the turtleneck-stuffed-with-ego Steve Jobs does.  Particularly when the facts are as they are.
